SUPPORT OPTIONS
Retained Service If you want peace of mind and regular access to HR advice, for a nominal annual fee you can sign up to Balance HR’s retained service provision. To fully understand your business and existing HR related practices, we will conduct an initial HR health check on-site with no obligation for you to implement subsequent recommendations. Our retained services agreement gives you access to up to 1 hour’s phone support per month (no limit on number of calls). Any advice outwith this or documentation/on-site presence required would incur an additional charge.
Ad Hoc Support Balance HR is delighted to support a range of businesses as and when the need arises. If this is more appropriate for your business, please feel free to contact Balance HR at any point to discuss your requirements.
On-site Support It may be you feel your business would benefit from on-site HR presence for a fixed period of time to support day-to-day activities or for specific project work, e.g., 1 day per week/month over a 3-6 month period.
